We all know how it feels to wake up in a disarray, maybe eat, handle kids (or pets!) and if you’re feeling spunky maybe we give yourselves a few minutes to get your mind right but most mornings are a cluster f@%k.
Or maybe you have a morning routine that you piece-mealed together, a generic to-DO list made up of activities you found on youtube or in an article to help you feel a little more whole. Heck sometimes it works but most of the time you feel like you just added more tasks to your day. Now you have a meaningless list that doesn’t actually support the real change you seek nor does it create mental and emotional sustainability or help you overcome the big life transitions you may be experiencing.
